Job DescriptionLead and develop the ContiTech OESL Requirements & Regulations department and fostering a high-performance team cultureDefine and implement global strategies for requirements and regulations management aligned with corporate goalsDrive digitalization and automation of compliance processes, including KPI tracking and Power BI reportingEnsure budget adherence and resource planning within the departmentAct as a central interface across Legal, Quality, Engineering, IT, and Operations for cohesive compliance effortsOversee the rollout and governance of compliance tools and methodologies, ensuring efficiency and traceabilityGuide proactive regulation management and standardized responses to customer and regulatory inquiriesEnsure systematic evaluation and documentation of external standards and legal regulationsImplement modern software tools to elevate the quality and efficiency of compliance and requirements processesActively contribute to regulatory discussions to forecast changes and position the organization strategically

QualificationsAcademic Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or related backgroundAdvanced knowledge in quality and compliance, digitalization is preferredSeveral years of experience in the automotive industry related to requirements or regulations managementMany years of experience in supervision and leading of teams (functional or projects)Good understanding Automotive quality and regulation compliance, digitalization, KPI monitoringExperience in implementation of processes & standards desirableSeveral years of experience in international and cross-functional project teams, experience in managing diverse teams Advanced Business English and German skills in written and spokenAbility to communicate and collaborate with international teams
