As Healthspan's Head of Research, Development & Training, you will lead our initiatives to identify, test, validate, and launch innovative products that drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Your role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and elevating the standard of care we provide.
As the foremost expert on our skincare and medical device product lines, you will articulate the value proposition of our offerings to a diverse audience, including dermatologists, physicians, aestheticians, nurses, and training institutions. Your expertise will be showcased through product demonstrations and comprehensive training programs, delivered both in-person and via digital platforms.
A key aspect of your role will be developing and maintaining an extensive knowledge base covering all Healthspan products, encompassing both technical specifications and clinical applications. You will spearhead the creation and growth of our internal academy, providing our partners with access to continuous education and upskilling opportunities. This initiative will empower them to maximize the potential of our products and stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
Reporting to the Medical Director and Managing Director, you will work in close collaboration with the Country Head of Sales and Product Brand Managers. Your position will be instrumental in bridging the gap between research, product development, and market implementation, ensuring Healthspan becomes a leader in medical distribution and education.

Essential duties and responsibilities:
Training
Develop comprehensive training programs and modules for internal teams and customers on new and existing products, covering features, benefits, proper usage, techniques, safety, and optimal results Manage the creation of diverse training formats (in-person workshops, online modules, written materials) to accommodate different learning styles Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrating proper product use and application techniques Understand, master and develop innovative protocols that maximize products synergies across brands Collaborate with partnered brands to stay current on product advancements and integrate this knowledge into Healthspan's training curriculum Partner with brand manager to cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and industry experts to enhance product knowledge and training programs Align training programs with overall product positioning and sales strategies, working closely with marketing and sales teams to grow the business Analyze training effectiveness and gather feedback to continuously improve educational programsR&D
