You Are:

The Head of Retail Consultancy will champion UST Evolve's retail-centric initiatives, merging deep retail knowledge with advanced digital proficiency. This leader will facilitate digital transformation, ensuring retail clients harness UST's full potential to achieve industry leadership. 

Strategic Vision: Develop a clear digital transformation strategy tailored for retail clients.  Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the retail sector.  Team Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure integrated solutions for clients.  Industry Analysis: Monitor and analyze retail industry trends and innovations.  Solution Development: Design solutions addressing specific challenges of retail clients.  Project Oversight: Ensure timely and quality delivery of retail projects.  Operational Leadership: Drive operational standards in the execution of retail projects.  Business Development: Pursue growth opportunities within the retail sector.  Thought Leadership: Represent UST Evolve in retail forums, showcasing expertise.  Innovation Integration: Work with the Innovation team to integrate emerging technologies for retail clients.  Performance Analysis: Evaluate the success of strategies for business impact.  Continuous Learning: Promote continuous improvement within the retail practice.  Risk Management: Identify and strategize against potential project risks.  Budget Management: Manage financial resources for retail projects effectively. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders

What You Need: 

At least 15 years digital transformation within the retail industry or retail clients with a Consultancy. Evangelist experience with “Digital Transformation” initiatives is important Strong technical background, including experience with leading architecture efforts or developing and deploying key solutions at leading Retail enterprises with IT Consulting and Services.  Proven ability to drive engagement and understand technical and business needs and issues at senior executive levels both externally and internally. Ability to work within and cut through complex environments Skilled at identifying and evaluating new technological developments and gauging their appropriateness for the business  Excellent internal and external communications skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal). Knowledge of and/or experience with product development processes, rhythms and needs. International and domestic travel

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: US Remote

Compensation Range: 186,000-270,000

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
