Head of Sales, BD, and Marketing – Denmark – Semiconductor Industry

Company Overview:

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative company in the power semiconductor industry, developing advanced power delivery solutions for global markets. They are looking for a Head of Sales, BD, and Marketing to drive growth and strengthen market presence.

Role Overview:

This senior leadership role combines strategic and hands-on responsibilities, including leading global sales, driving business development initiatives, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. An ideal candidate will have deep experience in the semiconductor industry, a strategic mindset, and a proven record in leadership and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategy: Lead direct and indirect sales efforts across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, establishing key performance goals to drive growth in the power semiconductor market.Business Development and Partnerships: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within high-growth sectors, forming strategic alliances with distribution partners to extend market reach.Customer and Account Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with major global accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.Marketing Strategy and Branding: Define and implement a global marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, coordinating product launches, campaigns, and promotional initiatives.Product Positioning and Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to guide product positioning and identify key market trends, providing insight for R&D alignment and product development priorities.Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and high performance while ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications:

Significant experience in sales, business development, and marketing within the semiconductor industry.Proven ability to drive growth and customer acquisition through strategic sales leadership and direct account management.An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on sales execution.Strong leadership and communication skills, with a background in international market development.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (advanced degree preferred).

Compensation:
The position offers a competitive salary, performance bonuses, and a relocation package.
