**Summary:**
Meta’s Small & Medium Business Group (SMBG) is looking for a Head of Sales in Latin America. SMBG contributes directly to Meta’s mission by connecting small businesses around the world with their customers on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger, and then helping them grow by adopting monetization solutions like advertising, messaging, commerce and many other tools. The Head of Sales leads the team responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of sales delivery functions that meet the needs of small business advertisers in their region and drive growth across the family of Meta apps and services (Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp and Messenger). Small Business Sales programs are executed via hundreds of Marketing Pros at several contact centers. These consultative programs are designed to help small businesses get better results using Meta’s advertising products.Blending sales management skills with operational rigor, the Head of Sales works with their team to drive improvements in sales program strategy, delivery, enablement and operational effectiveness for the purpose of hitting ambitigious revenue and growth targets. In addition to managing FTEs, this position works hands-on with leadership at multiple contact center locations, ensuring quality and performance goals are met, and large-scale programs are successfully executed. The Head of Sales is uniquely positioned to bring market-level insights to global program development, and is frequently called upon to pilot new ideas in service of continuous innovation and improvement.This position is full-time and will focus on the growth and support of Small Businesses throughout the Latin America region.

1. Manage a team of 4 Regional Sales Managers - responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
2. Lead a multi-billion dollar and sales-program portfolio, while developing strategies to drive growth
3. Responsible for revenue attainment and cost management across the portfolio
4. Own the relationship with contact center leadership, driving performance that meets quality and consistency standards
5. Collaborate across the entire organization to evolve global sales programs, drive innovation, and capture growth opportunities
6. Build relationships, internally with cross-functional organizations, and externally with partners
7. Regularly communicate program performance, identify potential risks, hold team accountable for deliverables
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. 12+ years of work experience in sales, marketing, online advertising, consulting, agency, design or product/program management
9. Management experience with demonstrated experience of leading and inspiring others
10. Extensive knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem
11. Analytical skills and process management skills, high attention to detail and rigor, with a can-do attitude, and desire to learn.
12. Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce meaningful results
13. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
14. Fluency in English
