The Head of Sales, UK Health, Large Mid Market and SME is responsible for delivering growth through strategies to win new clients and to win new solution line business. What the day will look like Driving Growth through sales and pricing strategies – working with the CCO, Health Growth Leaders and Growth Ops planning team to identify, quantify, and prioritise growth opportunities and to build a growth plan for all segments of UK Health Large, Mid Market and SME in respect of new client acquisition – driven by data and analytics. Supporting the team in negotiation skills and strategies to ensure that Aon’s value is properly articulated and rewarded. Delivers Insights & Proposition - provides MI and Analysis of new existing pipeline and performance to help inform decision making, drive activity, and manage performance. Partners with marketing, growth operations, and Industry vertical leader to identify and drive insight led campaigns aligned to the growth plays and opportunities Aon United Teams – as part of the leadership team, execute joint growth strategies and to embed common global standards across client teams and share best practice. Coaching, Development and Performance Management of a team of BDM’s. Skills and experience that will lead to success Deep understanding of, trends, macroeconomic factors, and implications for UK Regions geography and segments supporting understanding of client business and risk issues Creative, innovative thinker able to translate strategic concepts into solid business executable growth opportunities and leverage competitive intelligence to develop and adjust strategies Expert knowledge of industry/market trends and all Aon offerings and capabilities to help develop new innovative solutions and geographic growth plans Proven track record of growing clients, developing client teams with positive results Builds inclusive and diverse teams.
