New Sales Personnel Training: Design and implement a robust onboarding and training program for new sales hires. Ensure they quickly adapt to the company’s sales processes, understand product offerings, and are prepared to contribute effectively to the team's success. Sales Support and Collaboration: Assist team members in their sales efforts by participating in crucial client meetings, helping to develop negotiation strategies, and providing support in closing high-priority deals. Client Relationship Building: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges to deliver tailor-made solutions. Act as a primary point of contact for significant accounts, emphasizing customer satisfaction and retention. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies, ensuring a unified approach to reaching target audiences and generating qualified leads. Market Analysis and Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and trends within the digital marketing and SEO sector. Utilize insights to expand business outreach and open new revenue streams. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management, using data-driven insights to refine sales tactics and strategies. Innovation and Improvement: Continually evaluate sales processes and tools, implementing improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team. Hands-On Deal Closing: Personally engage in the sales process, from lead generation through to deal closure, showcasing best practices and demonstrating advanced sales techniques to the team. Lead by example to motivate and drive the team’s success. Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage the sales pipeline, ensuring prompt follow-up and nurturing of daily incoming leads.
