We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our EHS Sales Team. This pivotal role will focus on steering the team towards exceeding sales targets while fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and professional development. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in shaping strategic partnerships and will possess the sales expertise necessary to drive growth in a competitive market.

Responsibilities

- Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, emphasising skill enhancement and career progression.
  
- Monitor and measure team performance against established metrics, utilising review systems to promote accountability and high achievement.
  
- Collaborate with sales operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including the adoption of new technologies and sales methodologies.
  
- Actively participate in high-level discussions within the wider business line and regional sales organisation to drive growth initiatives.
  
- Manage day-to-day people operations, ensuring the delivery of team quotas and establishing a structured approach to forecast management.
  
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key C-suite and executive personas, orchestrating account strategies and leading a cross-functional virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing professionals.

Skills and Experience

- Proven proficiency in strategic planning and forecasting, with experience in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team, focusing on performance management and professional growth.
  
- Strong skills in monitoring and evaluating team performance against metrics, effectively using review systems to drive high achievement.
  
- Expertise in collaborating with sales operations to enhance operational efficiency, including implementing new technologies and methodologies.
  
- Exceptional networking skills with a track record of building and maintaining relationships with key C-suite and executive personas, leveraging these connections to influence strategic discussions for growth.
