About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Head of Sales, Brasil. This is a newly created role that will oversee all sales and revenue within the region and be responsible for managing the performance of the Sales teams.
This includes:
Responsible for all the New Sales and retention in Brasil, supporting any Global Account landing and operating in the market..
Coach, motivate, maintain and build a high-performing Sales team.
Directly manage the Leasing, Accounts, Broker and Inside Sales teams.
Be responsible for mentoring and ongoing development and enablement of the Brasil Sales organization.
Work with regional and global function heads to define strategies, set objectives and take the necessary actions in order to meet territory goals and align with overall global sales strategy.
Own, articulate and accurately compile the team sales analytics & forecasts to report to the Latam Regional President.
Act as a senior representative for WeWork in negotiations with Members, PNMs and partners/ Brokers. on
Build relationships and provide expert consultation to internal and external senior executives to establish the team as a trusted partner.

About You

Proven experience managing high-performing sales teams and a strong background in sales
High EQ leader with a track record of managing dynamic, high-performing teams
Willingness to travel to connect with members
Leads with excellence and has a history of building and developing strong teams
Experience in project management and business operations is required
Strong team player, capable of making decisions and executing in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Knowledge of the commercial real estate market in the assigned region is a plus
Thought leader and effective communicator, able to prioritize and manage both short- and long-term initiatives
Problem solver who can independently translate high-level goals into actionable plans
Hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
Strong forecasting and pipeline management skills using Salesforce or other CRMs
Ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop optimal solutions
