Our client is a fast-growing payment processing start-up with a primary focus on the online gambling industry. As part of their global expansion, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead efforts across the EMEA and APAC regions.
In this role, you will act as the company's sales leader and expert for these regions, working both hands-on and strategically. Our client is looking for a hunter-style sales professional with a strong network across EMEA and APAC, capable of transforming connections into new business opportunities.
This position is heavily focused on new client acquisition (80% sales), with some responsibilities in account management (20%). There is significant growth potential, including the opportunity to build a team from scratch and eventually progress into a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) role.
Essential Job Functions / Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Skills & Qualifications: Experience developing sales strategies for the EMEA and APAC region 3 – 4 years experience in a similar role within FinTech, online gambling, Crypto, or Forex sector Language proficiency in English. Additional languages such as Hindi, Japanese, and Chinese are a plus. Critical thinking an analytical skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill Leadership experience CRM management experience (HubSpot preferred)
Available to travel to conferences, industry/team events and to visit providers
Important: Preferred location is the Philippines, but our client is also willing to consider candidates from Malta or Cyprus.
