Your role and responsibilitiesWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to spearhead the global expansion of our cutting-edge visual AI solution. You'll build and inspire a high-performing sales team, develop an effective sales strategy, drive revenue growth and forge strategic partnerships. In this role you will be part of the management team and directly report to the Business Manager.The work model for the role is hybrid. #LI-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:•\tResponsible for creating, planning, and implementing the sales mission, vision, and strategy, along with the budget and efficiency targets for the assigned area. •\tDefine key sales targets and establish appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor the performance. •\tDevelop and implement strategic business development plans. Identify and prioritize key target markets and accounts. •\tActively drive our business development and sales activities and lead the negotiation of key B2B customer contracts. •\tManage one of our market verticals: identify key players and their needs and generate leads to grow the sales in your vertical. •\tCoordinate and influence external and internal stakeholders (technical, managerial, executive) throughout the customer journey to secure high sales volumes and customer satisfaction •\tBuild up the sales team and supervise two current sales members. •\tLead our marketing specialist and be ultimately accountable for all marketing activities. •\tFoster an inclusive and high-performance culture in the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications for the role\tCompleted university degree in a technical or business discipline \t10-15 years of B2B sales experience in technical industry \tExperience in robotics or automation industry is a plus\tGood knowledge of material handling processes using AGVs & AMRs, or service robotics such as autonomous floor cleaning is preferred\tProven track record in successfully leading teams \tAnalytical attitude with outstanding presentation and communication skills\tWillingness to travel: 10-20% \tFluency in English (German is a plus)
