Your Role:

Achieve growth & sales targets by successfully managing a team of Account Manager 

Work closely with internal partners to gain resources to support any territory business growth  

Train, support and make co-visits with Account Mangers to support with their day to day business & success  

Deeply explore opportunities in market by building solid relationship with High Level Network and close co-operation with their teams & leadership  

Strong collaboration with the regional sales director and alignment on the GTM strategies within their regions  

Constantly improve team performance via employee coaching. Regularly discuss development goals with employees and create opportunities for employees to develop their skill sets  

Adapts operational plans and priorities to address resource and (short-term) operational needs. May also filter, prioritize, analyze and validate dynamic materials from a diverse range of external and internal resources. 

Who You Are:

Bachelor or above degree in the Life Science field (Biology, Molecular biology, Chemistry, Pharma engineering or related). 

8+ years’ working experience with good understanding of pharmaceutical and biotech drug product development process and market trends, manager role preferred. 

Ability to network and build strong relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders. 

Self-reliant and self-directed with the ability to effectively identify problems and create solutions internally and externally. 

Team-work spirit 

Good interpersonal communication skills, good English communication ability
