Job Summary
Lead and deliver quality sales support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries including agents and brokers Drive process improvements, automation and digitisation projects to ensure sustainable EB growth and maintaining good service level standards Support cross-sell initiatives via digital worksite marketing (WSM) to EB clients
Key Responsibilities
Leading and managing sales support team (approximately 6 staffs) to improve turnaround time (TAT) and service levels Lead and maintain good collaboration with Allianz EB sales teams to ensure solid operations support and client servicing activities are conducted within TAT Lead and manage the sales support correspondence platforms with EB intermediaries via email, telephone hotline and intermediary digital e-submission platforms Streamline coordination with back-office processing teams i.e. policy mangement team, credit control team to provide updated status of the policy servicing activities Support in EB events management, sales campaigns tracking and deploy resources to support helpdesk activities and promote cross-sell worksite products at clients‘ office Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend action / process to improve productivity of the team. Leading the enhancement and automation of EB digital platforms and WSM cross-selling platforms
Key Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field Above 5 years’ experience in EB Experienced in managing a team in similar role Good communication and interpersonal skills
