Objectives and Main Tasks

 

Operational Lead SC Process Mining for the team located in KL with a global area of responsibility.Drive change management towards a decentralized continuous improvement culture leveraging process mining based on Process Mining tool.Represent Global Business Services in tool selection for Process Mining software by participating in RFP (e.g. requirement engineering, review of responses) and POCs.Drive and Manage initiative portfolio incl. prioritization criteria and resource planning and ensure alignment with other existing and/or planned initiatives.Act as the single point of contact for Operating Divisions (ODs) and GB SDUs for Process Mining and best practice sharingManage the OtC Community to share best practices derived from Process Mining, e.g. by the creation of OtC archetypes roadmap in close collaboration with the ODsGenerate outside-in views by connecting with external partnersReport on BASF Group OtC Performance and identify improvement areasFurther develop BPO methodology and build up knowledge management Support senior and complex initiatives (e.g. NGBA)

 

 

Requirements

 

Education

University degree or similar with focus on Logistics, SCM, or Finance (Business Administration, Information Management, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, etc.)

 

Working Experience

At least 10 years of working experience in areas related to this job (Logistics, SCM, Finance), thereof min. 5 years of BASF experience; at least 3 previous jobsWorking experience in chemical industry preferred

 

Technical & Professional Knowledge

Strong analytical and problem-solving thinkingInitiative, pro-active, self-motivated Preferably already gained leadership experienceExcellent communication skillsExperienced in successful project managementFamiliar with SAP Fluent in English
