About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking to hire an experienced Head of Supply chain design and implementation to join our Strategy and Transformation team. In this role, your key responsibility will be to drive an optimized end to end supply chain design and process flow with deep understanding of our Ericsson operating model. You will also be involved in executing process assessments and enhancing end-to-end simplification and optimization in line with the business flow. Establish supply chain supply strategies and operational processes to support our OKRs and KPIs. Additionally, the role involves detailed review and analysis of the supply's financial results, generating actionable insights and recommendations. This strategic position paves the way for you to be at the forefront of creating and maintaining a supply network design following industry best practices and standards.
What you will do:
Develop business demands on process organization and manage process management methods and tools.Drive simplification and transformation of manual work with effective utilization of S4 HANA capabilities and digital transformation.Analyze supply chain efficiency and develop strategies to improve them with cost leadership mindset.Validate and drive improvement projects, conduct risk analysis, and spearhead change management.Monitor process capability, ensuring performance knowledge and driving continuous improvements.Develop business demands on IT and oversee implementation of IT solutions in operational units.Control whether the supply process complies with regulatory requirements, focusing on environmental and code-of-conduct-related issues.
