Working with regional FCLT to provide sufficient coaching and career development plan for SD team, P&S team, Finance teamLeading the talent retention and succession plan discussion in all FCLT forums. Build up a rich and strong people pipeline for a long-term and sustainable growth of FC Seeds Business in VietnamEnsure the safety and ethics compliance among FC Seeds organization.
