Job description
1. Communication between development teams and product owners.
2. Management of the service analysis team.
3. Management of projects.
4. Communication with the service support team.
5. Prioritization and division of projects and tasks between development teams.
6. Analysis and documentation of systems and .
7. Understanding and identifying obstacles and bottlenecks facing software development teams.
8. Monitoring the progress of projects.
9. Project implementation status reporting.
10. Management of project management tools (jira).

requirements:
1. At least 5 years of specialized work experience in the field of analysis and design.
2. Sufficient experience in managing ICT contractors.
3. Skill in analyzing data and inter-unit operational processes.
4. Proficient in preparing and presenting financial and operational reports.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Analytical skills.
7. At least 2 years of work experience in programming.
8. Full familiarity with Web API and databases.
9. Proficient in standardization.
10. Deep knowledge of data mining and modeling (an advantage).
