Head of SFE - Animal Health

Lead, identify and implement SFE and CRM end-to-end processes
- Lead targeting & segmentation, strategic account selection through define criteria aligned with global guideline and local business- Lead Sales target allocation into region/sales reps for all BUs according to the defined national sales budget/target, market environment & maturity level in each territory, business priorities among different channels - Own implementation and governance of annual customer planning and quarterly customer review cycles with Animal Health leadership, with the objective of harmonizing the customer business plan process and customers reviews across the organization with top strategic customers. Included is the collection and preparation of reporting top customer’s performance data for presentation to Animal Health leadership minimum quarterly- Own motivation program for all the customer facing roles in different BUs include but not limited to sales incentive plan, sales awards, learning strategy base on selling & coaching competency and gap analysis, etc.2. Continuous process/program monitoring and analytics for improvement opportunities
3. Establish, govern and share a SFE performance framework incl. review cycles with local, global leadership teams, with the objective of harmonizing the SFE related capabilities and their performance measurement incl. KPIs. 4. Act as Sales force optimization consultant to proactively provide the recommendation to BIZ (R&R, Sizing, structure etc.) to maximize the profitable growth
5. Lead Sales Force Optimization (SFO) and other related project to provide decision making analytics & insights and recommendations of FF resource deployment and optimization. 6. Global interaction and collaboration
- Actively request guidance on new projects and strategies, if necessary
- Align with Global projects that require multinational, global scale participation
- Alignment of global CFE team on yearly plan7. Provide leadership and coaching to the team and responsible for the personnel development Job Requirements:1. At least 8 years relevant experience in SFE expertise or sales & marketing experience, also at least 5 years project management, supervisor experience is preferred. Team work emphasis is also highly required.
2. Animal health or similar industry experience is preferred3. Skills & Experience
