Job Description Head of Social Center of Excellence (CoE), leading and overseeing B2C social media, brand ambassadors (endorsers), influencer marketing, brand PR, and liveselling for total Globe portfolio.
ROLE SUMMARY:
Lead social media, brand ambassadors (endorers), influencers, brand public relations (PR), and liveselling for the Globe brand portfolio within the telco and related space. Responsible for designing campaigns or elements of campaigns that involve the above areas, driving enduring relevance and distinction for the Globe brand portfolio, its segment businesses, and its standalone brands
Guardian of (1) social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling presence; (2) channel-specific strategy and activation plan development and integration with campaigns and always-on marketing efforts; and (3) the campaign development and always-on processes that bring the brands to life on these channels
Subject matter expert for social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, PR, and liveselling, end-to-end from strategy through to execution, operations, analytics, and reporting messaging strategy, branding principles and architectures, campaign integration and development.
Deep understanding of the consumer behavior, the cultural context, the category landscape, the channel mix, and the businesses’ product portfolio, pricing, and go-to-market approach as well as the ambition to convert subscribers to advocates and ultimately influencers for the brand.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads governance across social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling across the Globe telco portfolio of brands and businesses, coming from mastery of these areas as well as the Globe telco portfolio – its consumer segments, its businesses, its owned or desired brand attributes and equities to protect, its brand identity and attendant guidelines, its assets across channels, talents, and product or business synergies which can be maximized.
Provides end-to-end guidance - from strategy through to execution, operations, analytics, and reporting - across social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling to ensure consistency, effectivity, and relevance with brand proposition across all related areas.
Identifies social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling integration opportunities across the Globe portfolio, leading to topline strategic direction for masterbrand evolution and storytelling, to ensure that segment-focused, business-focused, or product-focused campaigns are faithful to the brand.
Provides guidance for social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling through CoE mandate, ways of working, and SLAs, ensuring consistency with best-in-class standards and practices in these areas as well as alignment with segment insights, consumer profiles, business imperatives, and that fall within each segment.
Reviews and approves all social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling campaign briefs prior to start of campaign design and development or always-on efforts. Also vets all social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling strategies, resulting ideas and work across channels before or in parallel with squad/client approval.
Leads Social CoE that services Globe’s consumer and/or enterprise brands; guides the social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling strategy, design, and integration within campaigns and always-on efforts to ensure they are designed to meet brand and business objectives in the short- and long-term.
Acts as steward for all social media, brand ambassadors, influencers, brand PR, and liveselling agency relationships, representing Globe’s interests when facing agencies, overseeing commercial negotiations for scope and work and fees, overseeing administrative requirements for contracts, Scope of Work, and related requirements.

Work Experience: Extensive background in social media, endorsers/talent management, influencers, PR, liveselling, with a potential bonus in brand and integrated marketing expertise. Demonstrated experience in people and team management. Proficiency in partner management and agency relations.
Level of Knowledge: Deep expertise in social media, endorsers/talent management, influencers, brand PR, liveselling principles and practices. Good knowledge of brand and integrated marketing channels as well as communication channels. Expertise at critique and analysis across social media, endorsers/talent management, influencers, PR, liveselling, with a potential bonus in creative critique.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Humanities, Psychology, related field.
