This pivotal role is key to enhancing player engagement, optimizing market offerings, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Brazilian sports betting market, player behaviors, and industry trends. Leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions, you will spearhead initiatives that strengthen our competitive position while ensuring a best-in-class sportsbook experience for our customers.

This is a remote position based in Brazil, with an exciting opportunity to relocate to Dubai in the future. Key Responsibilities: Sportsbook Strategy & Market Positioning: Develop and execute a robust sportsbook and trading strategy that aligns with the company’s long-term objectives. Extensive knowledge of trading methodologies, odds compilation, and risk management within a sportsbook environment. Innovation & Automation: Identify and implement cutting-edge sportsbook products and advanced automated trading systems to enhance efficiency and competitiveness. Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating the competitive landscape to refine product offerings and technology enhancements. Project Management & Execution: Oversee and prioritize key sportsbook initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and stakeholders. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across multiple departments and regions to ensure a unified approach to sportsbook operations and market expansion. Partner & Vendor Relations: Cultivate and manage strong partnerships with external providers to drive innovation, improve product quality, and support business growth. Requirements: Demonstrated experience within the online sportsbook and betting industry. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. Hands-on leadership style with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution. A high level of ownership, accountability, and results-oriented mindset.
