Head of Supply Chain Planning - Additives (m/f/d) (38638)

We are looking for a new Head of Supply Chain Planning - Additives (m/f/d) to lead all planning activities of the Additives Business Unit globally, teaming up with Marketing & Sales, Production and Procurement in order to optimize the Inventory management and at the same time ensure the On Time and In Full material availability.


Responsibilities

You will lead a team of 15 highly skilled team members spread across multiple locations You will contribute to and ensure execution of the global supply chain strategy You will be a change agent, ensuring continuous improvement of the Planning processes, through implementation of initiatives such as Integrated Business Planning Managing Risk across the supply chain will be a cornerstone of your decision making You will lead by example in maintaining a customer centric culture Through encouragement, mentoring and training, you help your team to achieve their targets and career goals. You will be responsible for the global S&OP process on operational as well as tactical level You will drive the cross-segment planning process harmonization  Managing planning throughout the product life cycle with end-to-end supply chain stakeholders ensuring the long-term success of the business unit You will create and quantify scenarios for capacity expansion (In House / tolling)
 
 

Requirements

Degree in supply chain management or equivalent years of experience At least 7 years of experience in a global business environment At least 2 years in leadership position Proficient skills in supply chain planning processes and systems (e.g. SAP APO) Experience in leading the S&OP process and Integrated Business Planning Experience in Building system capabilities and developing planning organizations Fluent in English language, German knowledge is an advantage Ability to drive cross-functional change management Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-based environment Analytical skills Communication, presentation skills Being aware of latest supply chain trends in terms of processes, technology and tools Drive for improvement and results Strong team leadership skills Ability to take initiatives, prioritize and allocate resources towards goals achievement
