Supply Network Resiliency (SNR) is a department within Volvo Group Trucks Purchasing with responsibility for volume and supplier capacity management, supply partner development and risk and crisis management. This will further enable us to have full transparency and proactive visibility of risks during end-to-end processes. **What We Are Looking For** The Volvo Group is seeking a strategic and dynamic leader for the role of Head of Supply Network Resiliency (SNR). This is a key Director level leadership position ensuring the stability and adaptability of our supply network for North America. This role involves the cross-functional coordination of activities with manufacturing, technology, suppliers, several purchasing functions, and the truck brands. The Head of SNR needs to be able to function in dynamic and complex scenarios, establishing the needed connections to ensure the best outcomes. **What You Will Be Doing** In the role of Head of Supply Network Resiliency for Volvo Group Purchasing North America, you will lead a team of Managers dedicated to Supply Network Development and Risk & Crisis Management. This position will collaborate with strategic and operational lines, cross-functional stakeholders, and our supply network to ensure end-to-end readiness. This person will be located in Greensboro, NC, and will report to the Head of Supply Network Resiliency and Project Management North America (VP).
