Salary: circa £140,000

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Technology Integration to join our team. A bit about the job:

Aviva are embarking on a significant integration program of which technology is a key component. As Head of Technology Integration you will be responsible for ensuring the integration is delivered successfully. This will be done by ensuring a stable and secure service transition whilst maintaining laser focus on the identification and effective delivery of the integration and associated synergy plan. In addition to delivering on the direct Technology plan, you will act as a key enabler for the other workstreams in terms of their objectives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the success of this program.

Accountable for the overall delivery of the integration program. Delivering the agreed synergies within the overall cost umbrella.Direct management responsibility for a small team of change professionals in addition to providing leadership for a broad set of delivery resources across the wider technology organisation.Developing change business cases and representing them at the relevant governance forumsAccountable for ensuring the Group Management Framework, including all Risk policies and Business standards are governed and managed effectively.Leadership across Control Owners to ensure we maintain high standards of quality and embed a strong culture of accountability

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Program management or transformational experience to ensure programs/project discipline is robustProven and established experience of managing complex deliveriesPrevious experience of managing the delivery of Mergers, Acquisitions and DivestmentsExperience of a highly regulated environment and management of risks and controlsHighly resilient with experience of decision making in pressured situations
