Head of Total Rewards Greater China
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of the total reward strategy for Bayer Group in Greater China, encompassing compensation, benefits, and employee well-being, aligned to Bayer’s Total Rewards strategy.Publish communication and briefing material for HR Business Partners and HR Operations, provide expertise support for Divisions and Corporate Functions within Bayer Greater China.Support the innovation journey in total rewards function at a global level, to accelerate Bayer’s DSO journey.Provide consultation on Total Rewards topics on request, and provide decision support for senior HR decision bodies (global,local) and the management in general.Inspire and be a part of a diverse, cross-cultural, and geographically dispersed team of rewards experts globallyOffer thought leadership and provide external perspectives to the Head of Total Rewards from the market ensuring that Bayer's reward strategies remain on the cutting edge of industry best practices.Work with global and local stakeholders to address initiatives for Senior Executive (ie GLC) topics.Coordinator for APAC in the Total Rewards Global Community.
WHO YOU ARE
12-15 years HR work experience, in a multinational company setting, with at least 6-8 years of Comp & Benefits experience. Added experience as HRBP, in HR Operations or other COE functions will be an added advantageProven track record in leading teamChinese and English language fluency (spoken and written)Collaboration and influencing skills, and dealing with complexity (prior matrix organization work experience is a must)Managerial Courage, and ability to articulate point of view & debate on topicsStrong knowledge about the labor market conditions and trends in China
