What You Will Be Doing
Collecting inputs /trends from region/global to shape the long-term crop strategy.Project leader for their relative crops on global initiativesDefine IP strategy metrics.Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with stakeholder/counterpart for product centric teams in P&S or R&DResponsible to secure a clear strategic segmentation of the portfolio between brands (TPP)Prioritize traits and breeding program resources allocation across region/ brands.Drive the identification of portfolio gaps and opportunities to address alliances and licensing.Provide strategic guidance and collaborate with stakeholder/counterparts for product centric teams in P&S or R&DOwning the Global Target Product Profiles for the crop mega-segmentsSetting Global portfolio thresholds to drive profitability and NPI success.Owning the Global Product SpecificationsCompany Description
