Site Name: Japan - Tokyo - Akasaka Posted Date: Feb 6 2025 Key responsibilities: Ensure to build authentic external engagement plan through quality control and cross functional alignment including region/global team Lead for public communication and engagement with PLHIV by implementation of external communication and educational program Responsible for control Market Access project for building robust pricing strategy for marketed and pipeline product by co-working with GSK Japan and region/global market access Ensure planning and implementation for government affairs activities in order to lead HIV/AIDS policy debate and shaping in Japan Stimulate enterprise view in JLT and JBT through collection of in-public info of healthcare system reform and industrial latest trends Coach and develop External Affairs team to improve external engagement skill, stakeholder mapping and market access capabilities Lead alignment and feedback to engage with relevant international region/global stakeholder such as GA, Access and external communication As member of Japan Leadership Team in ViiV Japan, contribute for steady business performance (annual turnover 125mGBP scale), high performance team building and culture initiative as catalyst of change management Ensure high integrity and compliant culture, stakeholder interface, execution and internal process in order to eliminate risk of deviation Key skills: Problem Solving: Solve highly complex problems where the basic principles don’t apply, the data is inconsistent, or often extend outside the organization, and we frequently develop completely hew ways to do business.
