Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities ​

Develop mid to long term PTSH site Warehousing Plan to address the business changes in a complaint and cost effective way.Be responsible for the warehouse existing resource, capacity and capability planning, fully utilize the existing resource by driving cross-functional collaboration to provide value-added service and promote efficiency and synergy.Develop Warehouse organizational structure and adapt corresponding R&R. Promote ownership, and facilitate the efficient communication & collaboration within the team and across functions.Establish goal setting and review mechanism customize individual goals setting, stimulate the employee’s full potential and contribute best to the organization.Build a robust performance evaluation system, make regular evaluation, and give timely feedback and coaching for the employee to strive for its excellent performance achievement.Be responsible for warehouse budget and cost control to ensure the maximum benefit within the budget.Comprehensively manage the daily operation of the warehouse to ensure it meets the requirements of local and global SHE, GXP, Compliance, etc.Be responsible for E2E supply chain management of clinical trial, and keep high customer satisfaction.Be responsible for the supplier management and supervision, ensure the supplier to strictly follow Roche standard, and promote the mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.Drive close communication and collaboration with the enabling functions; follow the business first principle to ensure the delivery with required quality and quantity.Promote the full implementation of LPS in warehouse area, continuously improve and optimize the operation procedure, gain the committed productivity improvement.Develop a comprehensive talent management strategy, and build a high-performing warehouse organization.Establish a sound successor plan to ensure the talent pool for key positions.Design and implement diversified employee engagement mechanism to enhance the sense of belonging and work enthusiasm of employees.
