My client, one of the big names in the iGaming industry, is currently looking for a skilled Head of Workforce Management & Business Intelligence to join their dynamic team in Romania.

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee Workforce Management and Business Intelligence teams (30 team members), ensuring efficient staffing, scheduling, and adherence to company standards. Develop and implement policies, strategies, and tools to optimize workforce operations and meet organizational objectives. Analyze trends in workforce data to provide insights and improvements, and report regularly to senior management. Manage budgets, training initiatives, and performance, promoting best practices across the company. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workforce strategies with broader business goals.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in a dynamic environment. Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with Romanian labor laws; iGaming or Live Casino experience is beneficial but not required.
