Head of Workplace and Collaboration Technologies

As the Head of Workplace and Collaboration Technologies at Guardian, you will lead the strategy and implementation of workplace technology services, enhancing collaboration and productivity across U.S. and India locations.

You Will:

Collaborate with the Head of Enterprise Technology to establish objectives and standard operating proceduresLead and enhance employee experiences with reliable and efficient technology solutionsFind opportunities and develop justifications for spending and initiatives, including identification of risks and cost/benefit analysesEnhance the Workplace Technology metrics to show actionable opportunities for improving the employee experience and meeting SLAsCoordinate internal and external audit activities for Workplace Technologies with external vendors and internal teamsManage Infrastructure and digital workplace team(s) to acquire resources, and align and coordinate priorities, work plans, and activitiesDefine, develop, and expand the Service Desk, based on best-practice processes, disciplines, and related toolsetsProvide direction on emerging technologies, communication and collaboration products and services within Workplace TechnologyProvide leadership, guidance, and supervision to Workplace Technology and Collaboration organization to provide superior resultsEnsure IT security policies are strictly effective to mitigate risks

You Have:

10+ years’ of experience as a senior leader in Workplace Technology or similar roleFamiliar with Microsoft products - Windows OS, O365, SCCM, SharePoint, Defender, etc.Experience with Windows and MAC based laptopsUnderstanding of endpoint tools such as JAMF or equivalentWorking knowledge with monitoring tools such as Nexthink or equivalentExcellent leadership and customer management skillsDemonstrated experience in working with globally distributed resourcesUnderstanding of network & endpoint security principalsSolid understanding of automation and standard methodologiesMust be self-motivatedAbility to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to peers and managementStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage and lead large teamsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant fieldExcellent oral and verbal communication skillsDetail oriented for accuracy of data and informationAble to produce reports and complete work within deadlinesAble to work well with interdepartmental teams and initiatives

Location & Travel:

The position must be located in one of the following office locations: Holmdel, NJ, New York, NY (Hudson Yards), Boston, MA, Stamford, CT, or Bethlehem, PAThe position will be Hybrid with 2+ days in the office

Salary Range$148,970.00 - $244,745.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
