•           Managing and overseeing the entire project execution lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, procurement management, etc.

•           Overseeing the project team’s work to ensure that they meet deadlines and milestones.

•           Reviewing project deliverables to ensure that they meet requirements and specifications.

•           Monitoring changes in legislation and industry trends to ensure that projects are up to date with best practices.

•           Providing technical expertise and experience where needed to solve complex problems.

•           Managing subcontractors or vendors to ensure that they meet deadlines and deliver high-quality products or services according to specifications.

•           Communicating with stakeholders about project status, risks, and challenges

•           Adapting to the technology enabled best practices in industry and in line with the times.

•           Managing conflict among team members to ensure that all parties are on the same page.

•           Implement Quality and HSE Culture strictly in line with Adani group’s QHSE culture in general and project requirements in particular.

•           Training and development of the project team

Educational Qualification:

BE / B. Tech, ME / M. Tech – Electrical / Mechanical, PMP certification preferred

Experiences: 

•           Minimum 15 to 20 years of experience

•           Work experience with leading organizations

•           Strong hands-on experience on the execution of green field and brownfield projects and good exposure on T&C and O&M aspects of the project, preferably in MEP/HVAC/Utilities/Real Estate sector.
