YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will establish, coach, and provide vision for the site's technical community fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and professional developmentYou will leverage agile work practices supporting the teams to align and adapt resources to highest enterprise prioritiesYou will own assigned technology for BCH division acting as architect for development of best-in-class capabilities and talentYou will lead technical projects, issues resolution, and implementation of solutions for assigned technologiesYou will champion best practices for technology transfer, design of experiments, and leveraging data science to maximize quality and speed of workYou will provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the site's operations meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirementsYou will act as a member of the site's Leadership Team (LT), contributing to strategic decision-making and providing technical insights and recommendationsYou will collaborate with other R&D COE Heads and R&D Operations Leadership Team to align technical objectives with overall business goals and objectives

You have a Master’s Degree (extensive), or a PhD with several years of experience in the field of science or engineering. International education
equivalency to Master’s or PhD Degree is acceptableYou bring several years of experience working on OTC/Consumer Health product development with significant expertise in solid dose, liquid dose and
drug deliveryYou possess expertise in manufacturing, product development, processing, and unit operations for OTC and/or Nutritional productsYou bring proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and inspiring mid to large-sized teamsYou have a proven track record of delivering technical projectsFluency in German is essential, with strong communication skills in both spoken and written language
