Head Risk Collections and Customer Risk Analytics

This role holders will carry out activities that will include most of the following:

• Driving delivery of objectives in line with organisational strategy, enabling the achievement of functional or regional results

• Senior operational leader or leading technical or expertise specialist exercising control over resources, policy formulation and planning, with primary accountability for end results

• Championing and embedding best practice management and administrative procedures in own area of responsibility and supporting or driving the implementation of transformational change

• Supporting functional activity and/or working with Group across region or specific function, contributing to functional planning based on a detailed understanding of his/her own area of responsibility and overseeing day-to-day relationships with stakeholders

• Input expertise to meet stakeholder priorities

• Directing major projects or programmes with significant business impact within department, area, and business unit

• Management responsibility for team(s), providing clear direction, setting performance targets subordinate managers and contributing to employees' professional development

· In-depth knowledge of Credit Risk, particularly in relation to RBB and Collections.

· Graduated in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or applicable

· Previous experience in Risks (10 years)

· Excellent understanding of origination and portfolio management techniques including sophisticated analytics.

· Experience in project management

· Excellent knowledge of other Risk areas, including operational, including operational, small business and macroeconomics

· Understanding of business areas outside of Risks, for example: Collection, Product, Finance, etc.

Advanced Spanish and English languages required.

· Strong leadership skills for a constant change in the environment of

· Experience working with auditors, regulators and compliance

· Good interpersonal skills

· Great leader in talent management, communication and influence
