Oversee daily operations of the preschool and be responsible for managing the schedules, curriculum, staff, and budget Ensure that the curriculum and school policies are being implemented as expected and meets the standards Evaluate and monitor teacher performance to ensure that students receive high-quality instruction Interview, train and supervise teaching and support staff Maintain a positive and inclusive school culture that fosters a love of learning and promotes the social and emotional development of all children Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive school culture and promote a sense of community among staff, students and families Manage the school budget, including ensuring that all resources are allocated effectively and efficiently Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, addressing any concerns or questions they may have Ensure that the school complies with all licensing, health and safety regulations and policies Oversee and lead planning and implementation of school events Attend meetings with school board and other stakeholders to represent the school and ensure its interests are represented
