In addition, the Head Therapist is knowledgeable of the treatments offered and able to train new Therapists\. Assists the Director of Spa & Wellness in the recruitment, induction, development and appraisal of all Spa Therapists\. They possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of guests\.
