4 Year Degree GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This is a full-time, 260-day contract position located on the Estherville Campus. Responsible for the day-to-day management and organization of the Women’s Volleyball program including games and practices, evaluation and recruitment of student athletes, academic monitoring of team, promotion of current players to four-year institutions, and management of budgets within program. Success Center Instructional Assistant includes working approximately 20 hours per week in the Estherville Success Center, performing the various duties listed below.

Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree required with preferred fields in education, English, mathematics or science. Master’s Degree preferred. Three years of experience as Head Volleyball Coach and/or college player desired. Student services experience preferred.

 

May be required to travel utilizing personal vehicle. Must have valid driver’s license, good driving record and provide proof of insurance.

 

Employment with Iowa Lakes Community College is dependent upon successful passage of a criminal background check. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
