Key Qualifications: Proven track record as a Head Waiter in high-end restaurants or luxury cruise lines. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in at least conversational Japanese is mandatory. Comprehensive understanding of international cuisines and fine dining etiquette.
