Job Title: Header/Roller OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Header Roller Operator to join our manufacturing teamThe ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating roller/header machines This role requires maintaining production requirements and quality standards with minimal supervision Previous experience in die setting translates very well to this roleResponsibilitiesSet up and operate header equipment with limited supervisionMaintain production requirements and quality standardsOperate cold heading and roller machinesSet up and operate Formax 34's, 44's, and 54'sPerform maintenance on machines if necessaryRead and understand technical printsPerform first piece inspection and monitor the quality of all partsMake adjustments to maintain quality standardsEssential SkillsExperience as a header operator and roller operator is a huge plusMechanical aptitude and die-setting skillsExperience in machine operation within the manufacturing industryAbility to set up and operate manufacturing equipmentAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a Tool & Die settingDie setting and tool making skillsExperience with Formax machines and progressive dieShifts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00
