KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Be in charge of the entire restaurant service sequence, in liaison with the kitchen: from reception to order-taking to customer departure. Greet and inform customers, Present products and encourage sales. Perform clerical and mathematical operations (order forms, additions, etc.).

 

 

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

 

Proficiency in computerized cashiering systems Fluent English (additional language preferred) First successful experience as a chef de rang in a demanding service environment Ability to work in a team Hold a BAC PRO - BEP - CAP or equivalent experience.
