Job Description

Are you an experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental professional looking for an exciting opportunity in the automotive manufacturing sector? We are seeking a dedicated HSE Coordinator to join our team  for a 6-month contract.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with H&S and Fire Protection regulations, analyzing safety data, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Job Description:

Preparing, managing, and maintaining Health and Safety (H&S) and Fire Protection documentation in compliance with applicable regulations, considering the current state of workplaces within automotive manufacturing, and ensuring adherence to these regulations.

Collecting, analyzing, and processing data for reporting purposes.

Data analysis and proposing solutions.

Monitoring and assessing minimum safety requirements for technical equipment.

Preparing, managing, and maintaining H&S management system documentation.

Collaborating with occupational health services.

Cooperating with specialized state supervision authorities.

Performing the duties of a Health and Safety technician and safety-technical service coordinator.

Training employees.

Conducting inspections, planning corrective actions, and evaluating their implementation.

Collaborating with specialized service providers.

Preparing data and providing support during internal and external company audits.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company.

Certification as an Authorized Safety Technician.

Knowledge of legislation in the fields of Environmental Protection, Fire Protection, and Civil Defense.

Familiarity with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Slovak language C1/C2.

Proficiency in MS Office.
