We are looking for a Safety & Health Expert to Mondelez in Upplands Väsby!

In this role, you are responsible for implementing and developing health & safety strategies, driving the business forward, while complying with regulatory requirements and ensuring a safe work environment. You are expected to work independently and contribute innovative solutions to minimize risks and optimize our work processes.

Your personal qualities are highly valued. You are a structured and driven professional with a deep commitment to advancing workplace safety standards.

Your communicative approach and ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally, will be key to your success in this role. Known for your supportive and collaborative work style, you are appreciated as a team player and a trusted partner.

How you will contribute

You will:

Implement and develop HSE plans and programs to identify and reduce work environment risks.Ensure compliance with external and internal HSE requirements.Support and guide managers and employees in HSE related matters.Act as the main contact person against authorities within the HSE area.Develop and implement trainings to strengthen HSE awareness in the workplace.Track and analyze HSE KPIs and reporting to drive continuous improvement.

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:

Degree in work environment, engineering or equivalent work experience.Several years of experience working with machine safety.Fluent in Swedish and EnglishStrong communication skills, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.Experience with government contacts and work with permits, inspections and reporting.
