What the day will look like: Health analytics data and operations management consultant will be part of Health Solutions Operations team supporting projects that include claims data analysis, data management , data acquisition from vendors, data formatting, managing tasks, timeline, building efficiency ,and delivery of the project. How this opportunity is different: Health Analytics team is a high visibility team within Aon. All of our projects bring in huge revenue for the company. As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions. Daily responsibilities include: Vendor Management -Work with vendors to collect required data elements like Medical and Rx claims, Program participation data sets like Hinge, Livongo, Premise health etc. Claims data analysis- Collect and process data especially Medical and Rx claims data. Reporting - Build reports in Power BI or excel . Manage and maintain pipeline of interested clients. Manage Contracting process. Manage client onboarding including: Maintain intake forms and data requests. Following up as needed Collect new information and changes on an annual basis. Review plan provisions. Peer review other team member’s work Client team interaction Manage operational flow in collaboration with leadership. Manage client document retention. Able to support reporting and database process. Good Project management experience Good presentation and communication skills and ability to convey information in a clear manner . Technology Experience: MS Excel and Power Point SQL Server (advanced) Databricks Cloud platform Power BI (advanced) Any other reporting tools Skills and experience that will lead to success: 5+ years of experience health experience High knowledge in handling claims data Deep knowledge in generating various reporting metrics using claims data. Deep knowledge of eligibility/health plan requirement Deep knowledge of Healthcare jargons Deep knowledge in data regulations and compliance like RxDC, Mental Health Parity, CMS regulations, Department of Labor (DOL) Regulations Strong attention to details Minimum understanding of healthcare contracting, data use agreements, etc. Experience with project management/ticketing systems Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) Self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to handle multiple projects at one time and team player Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience How we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce. Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $85,000 to $115,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
