We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Mercer. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining a successful team that supports companies assess, develop and deploy strategies, programs and initiatives to improve the health and wellness of their employees.
As a Health and Benefits Consultant, you will manage different clients, understand their challenges and become a trusted advisor.
Together with the colleagues from Marsh you’ll deliver a range of solutions as one enterprise.
We will count on you to:
Manage major benefits transformation projects;Develop strong client business relations;Co-build with our clients the most adequate benefits practices;Identify partnerships necessities / opportunities;Assure quality of delivery and client satisfaction.What you need to have:
Degree in human resources, management, economics, law, sociology, public administration, marketing or other relevant field;English language proficiency (B2 minimum);Strong communication and interpersonal skills;Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, mainly PowerPoint and Excel.What makes you stand out?
