We are currently looking for a Health & Benefits (H&B) Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in our Boston office.
We will count on you to:
Support marketing and renewal of all health and non-health employee benefit plans and programs.Research, analyze, and evaluate medical, dental, life, and disability benefits plans for employers across various industries, developing client strategies and vendor relationships.Understand health and benefits products, services, and tools, including vendor/carrier markets, to recommend solutions to clients.Comprehend advanced underwriting and financial skills, participating in training and learning from experienced colleagues.Manage ad-hoc client requests, providing problem-solving support on administrative and operational issues.What you need to have:
BA/BS or equivalent experience.At least five years of industry-related experience.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment.Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint).What makes you stand out:
Strong ability to partner and lead teams to deliver project objectives, with the capability to work independently and collaboratively.Experience in data analysis, including reviewing claims and utilization data to identify trends and patterns.Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.What’s in it for you?
