As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of risk prevention and team protection on our worksites. Your expertise and commitment will ensure a safe working environment by implementing effective strategies and customized training.
You will develop and implement key safety initiatives, working closely with supervisors and field teams. From developing fall protection plans to overseeing equipment inspections, you'll ensure that provincial and federal standards are rigorously applied. You'll also analyze risks, coordinate audits and promote a proactive safety culture.
Thanks to your hands-on approach, you will monitor incidents and propose corrective actions to continuously improve our practices. You will also play a key role in communication and coordination between the various stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration of safety protocols.
