Position Overview

Manager, H&S Information Systems is responsible for leading the development and implementation of information system solutions to optimize the operations of the Health and Safety Department. This role involves managing the system of record, enhancing interfaces, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, providing consultation, and optimizing risk management and health and safety information systems configuration.

Job Duties Enhance and manage Health and Safety Department information systems to improve data reliability, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency. Oversee the System of Record (SoR) and optimize interfaces, processes, and reporting mechanisms. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data management, reporting, and organizational innovation. Consult on the development of the safety management system and provide insights for budget planning. Configure, customize, and manage forms, programs, and reporting systems for risk and health management. Research and implement new system processes and lead risk management system projects. Qualifications Required:  Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field. Required:  Experience in Health and Safety Risk Management and computer systems, specifically programming and design, acquired from a combination of education, professional development, or work experience.  Required:  Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer or software programs necessary to complete job duties. Preferred:  Experience and/or education working with Origami, SAP, S4 Hanna, SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Beacon Insight. Preferred:  Leadership responsibility in a supervisory role.
