The position

We are looking for a Health and Safety Supporter to drive and implement activities across FPM DK-1 KA. The job will consequently give you plenty of opportunities to develop your Health and Safety skills.

Your primary area of responsibility will be to collaborate with other HS team members and the HS organization in the business unit, to ensure an efficient and effective overview of all health and safety aspects.

 

As a Health and Safety Supporter, you will be driving and coordinating HS activities such as:

Maintain and develop existing HS concepts. Maintain HS training material and move it towards a visual training concept. Ensuring compliance with Danish Health & Safety legislation and regulations (e.g. ISO45001). Ensuring support and guidance on Health & Safety matters within production and projects. Supporting and leading HS processes anchored in FPM DK-1 KA.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role you need to have:

An academic degree within Health and Safety or other relevant fields, combined with continued supplementary training or experience from other industries/organizations where processes are focused on high standards of health and safety for employees and patients/clients. A minimum of 2 years of experience and great interest in the Health and Safety area, preferably in a larger and international company where you had the chance to play an important role in maintaining and developing concepts in the health and safety environment. Project Management capabilities with good experience in terms of planning, and providing guidance supporting key stakeholders and other team members. Full professional proficiency in English and Danish, both oral and written.

As a person, you show a great degree of responsibility and independence whilst you possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, acting between and serving many stakeholders, which requires a flexible attitude. We also expect you to feel comfortable and have a high level of structure in your approach to working at an operational, and strategic level as well as with administrative tasks.

FPM DK-1 is a part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM). At our site in Kalundborg, we are around 560 colleagues working together to ensure that our finished products are assembled and packed to the highest standards before distributed worldwide to people living with serious chronic diseases. As the final step in the supply chain, we bring value to our patients through our commitment to excellence in manufacturing and quality control.
