A well-established National architectural design practice with a focus on health care projects. Studio with a focus on providing designs that enhance the experience for all users. Seeking an Architect with 10+ years’ experience including substantial experience in the health sector. A good existing network and ability to contribute to business development a key part of the role.

The successful architect will have highly developed communication skills, relevant experience, and a drive to lead and deliver projects in collaboration with the team. Most projects in the $70 M - $200M range with larger significant projects on the horizon.

Key Responsibilities Work closely with Directors and the wider team Lead and delivery key projects  Utilise your existing network to further grow the health business within NSW Work through and develop projects across all phases Assist with the management of the studio and project procurement process Assist with the management of clients, consultants and team members Skills & Experience Tertiary qualification in Architecture Current registration preferred Minimum 10+ years' experience in relevant sectors Revit valued not essential Experience working across phases in a project Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Client facing skills Experience in leading stakeholder workshops valued Excellent project and team management skills Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with team members, consultants and clients Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively Ability to build rapport, present with impact and respectfully influence outcomes Benefits & Culture Benefit from work-life balance which is practiced at all levels Professional and career growth opportunities An inclusive working environment with many long-term staff
