What can you expect?

Health Benefits Consultant is an established, independent consultant, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.Responsible for leading the business growth through the delivery of MMB’s workforce health solutions.The ideal candidate is a Medical Doctor, with robust foundation in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), health benefits strategy, HMO and medical insurance, project management, as well as experience in managing clients, business development, and leading teams.

We will count on you to:

Gain deep understanding of MMB’s workforce health advisory solutions to be able to support client RFPs and consulting capability presentations.Actively manage pipeline across various advisory solutions and monthly revenue reporting and forecasting to MMB Consulting Leader.Work with the MMB Consulting Leader, MMB Sales Leader, MMB Client Management Leaders to build and support active management of medical plan and life insurance plan for new business as well as client retention.Write and present client proposals and actively lead the delivery consulting projects to drive the overall revenue growth of MMB Consulting team.Demonstrate project management skills and manage the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Advise clients on compliance with mandatory requirements and DOLE guidelines on OSH standards.Establish strong partnerships with local HMO companies and clinic management service providers.Develop overall client strategy, interpret, and present data to clients and ensure that plan and program changes embody client’s strategy.Peer-review the internal output of junior consultants, analyze and interpret the results, and finalize the executive summary reports, ensuring compliance with professional standards.Be part of MMB’s regional workforce health solutions network to represent MMB Philippines’ interest and requirements at the regional/global level.Be agile to adapt to evolving business landscapes; stay appraised with market needs, trends, competitive landscape, etc.Be able to analyze complex business challenges, develop solutions, and articulate them effectively to clients.

What you need to have:

Doctor of Medicine with relevant advanced certifications in OSH3+ years of corporate experience in benefits consulting, project management, business development, and account managementStrong understanding of life and health insurance industryGrowth Mindset - positive attitude towards work and learningExcellent time management, presentation, and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in MS PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and team members.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.Certifications are optional but beneficial.
