Health & Benefits Operation Back Office Associate

Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions.  We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies. 

As an Operation Back Office Associate you will consult on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, funding, implementation and management of a full array of Health and Benefits programs including medical, life, disability and travel benefits.  You will serve as the project manager and day to day communication liaison with our clients, create client deliverables, contribute to client management and new business activities, and participate in the creation of new intellectual capital.

You will serve as the project manager and day to day communication liaison with Head of H&B and H&B Consultants, Insurance Companies and Clients.

The reporting line will be to Head of H&B for Hungary.

The Role

As Operation Back Office Associate within our Health & Benefits business you will 

Ensure “Service Level Agreement” are signed and stored following WTW’s Excellence Rules Ensure “Service Level Agreement” commitments are met Respond to simple client queries on Benefits Interface with colleagues, e.g. H&B Consultants  Document progress and maintain communication with all stakeholders. Deliver superior, consistent client management and deliverables in support of H&B line manager and Consultants for assigned clients Renewal and tender processes Prepare reports to clients/colleagues Internal system updates Prepare information materials about the benefits Administer routine transactional processes: Census Management Client Onboarding Additions / Deletions / Amendments / Transfers In charge of the relationship with Insurance Carrier from an Operation and Delivery perspective Oversee the day-to-day client delivery

Strong numerical, financial skillsStrong interpersonal and team skillsPolished and well developed oral and written communication skills in English and local languageSelf-starter attitude and ability to work with ambiguity Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issuesStrong analytical and creative skillsWorking knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS Word
