Gain deep understanding of MMB’s advisory and digital solutions to be able to support client RFPs and consulting capability presentations. Actively manage pipeline across various advisory solutions and monthly revenue reporting and forecasting to MMB Consulting Leader.Work with the MMB Consulting Leader, MMB Sales Leader, MMB Client Management Leaders to build and support advisory solutions strategy for new business as well as client retention.Write and present client proposals and actively lead the delivery consulting projects to drive the overall revenue growth of MMB Consulting team.Demonstrate project management skills and manage the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Actively lead or participate in C-suite level client meetings to discuss project objectives, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.Support financial analysis and review: including underwriting, data analytics, and partnership with MMB Analytics Leader.Develop overall client strategy, interpret, and present benchmark data to clients and ensure that plan and program changes embody client’s strategy.Peer-review the internal output of junior consultants, analyze and interpret the results, and finalize the executive summary reports, ensuring compliance with professional standards.Be agile to adapt to evolving business landscapes; stay appraised with market needs, trends, competitive landscape, etc.Be able to analyze complex business challenges, develop solutions, and articulate them effectively to clients.What you need to have:
7+ years of experience in benefits consulting, project management, business development, and account managementBachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Mathematics, or a related fieldStrong understanding of life and health insurance industryExcellent people management, time management, presentation, and problem-solving skills; highly proficient in MS PowerPointExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and team membersStrong analytics skills and use of data analyses, processing, and visualization toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to develop and maintain strong client relationshipsGrowth Mindset - positive attitude towards work and learningWhat makes you stand out?
